The merchandise such as CD's, Cards, Books, Magazines, Sewing & Embroidery Notions, Fabric, Thread, Stabilizer and other Craft items will be sold via credit card through WorldPay and PayPal and will be shipped to customers in the USA.

We will have to collect Sales tax for Florida Residents for merchandise that is taxable such as books and CD's.

For customers outside of the USA & Canada, we will need to check  Customs restrictions and shipping pricing for destinations outside of the USA.

Most items will be able to be shipped to Canada, but we will have to check Customs and Shipping prices for Customers.

All Electronic Files can be sold to Customers in all countries provided that there are no Customs restrictions for Countries outside the USA and Canada. All Software and Electronic Files are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.

If there is a problem with the Software, defective Media will be exchanged for Non-Defective Media. For Electronic Files there is No-Returns.

If there is a problem with the Downloadable File, we will email a replacement file via electronic file delivery or ftp download.
